Home Computer Help, Inc. is a locally owned and operated
consumer computer services business that has grown out of an
adoration of computers and technology devices. Home Computer
Help, Inc. is committed to improving the relationship
between technology and the individuals that use it.
Our principal consultants have over 40 years of combined
computing experience, including senior positions in small
and large corporate IT departments. As a group, our broad
experience and our intensive training give Home Computer
Help, Inc. an edge over our competition. In addition, we
guarantee that you'll receive quality service and solid
advice. We are not geeks and don't market ourselves as such.
We are technology professionals who can communicate with you
clearly in a language that you understand.
About The Owner
Home Computer Help, Inc. was founded by Rich Whitney who has
been working extensively with information technology for
nearly 25 years. Rich has always enjoyed the challenge of
making technology serve the needs of those who use it. After
the release of PC computers and the development of small
networks for them, Rich began installing Point-of-Sale (POS)
systems in restaurant environments and after mastering the
small business sector, Rich found new challenges in large
corporate infrastructures. Most recently, Rich served as the
Senior Network Engineer for a Minnesota-based global
consulting firm. His ability to innovate, lead others, and
work hands-on with a broad range of technologies eventually
led him to being tapped as the Network Manager supervising
over 30 nationwide team members.
